Shipping policy

Our Online Gift Shop Provides All Over India Free Delivery and All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Customers are also notified via SMS Alerts for all shipping updates.  

The Product will be delivered within 10 business Days.

For all RTO (Return To Origin) Orders the  Shipping and RTO charges will be deducted from the prepaid. KS ARTS COLLECTION will not bear the RTO Charges.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
